ABOUT JENNY
For years I have battled with working out, failing to stick to any one program because I never really saw results, and more importantly, I didn’t enjoy it. I stumbled upon this workout reading about a celebrity who claimed this was her “secret”. I gave it a shot and I can honestly tell you that after my first class, I was hooked. I struggled at first having no muscle or endurance and zero core strength, but I kept pushing myself farther and farther….and I began to notice the change almost immediately. My muscles became toned, my body began to shift and I became more fit than I ever could have imagined. The class became part of my life and surprisingly, I found that I didn’t look at the clock…the session literally flies by because every class is different. It’s designed so each instructor has their own niche and you perform over 50 different exercises…and just when you think you can’t do another one, time to switch to a new move. Watching yourself master this will become your new addiction. The moral of the story is, we are bringing this to Arizona not only to share with you because we believe in it, but to bring this paramount machine back into my life. It’s that important to my well-being and I know you will feel the same.
ABOUT RACHEL
I had spent years searching for a fitness program that kept me motivated, excited and showed results QUICKLY. I am not what you would consider a fitness fanatic. I went from one workout program to another and I have tried it all…aerobics (yes…with a head band and leg warmers), running, spinning, yoga, swimming, tae bo…I am sure you get the picture. So, when Jenny introduced me to SPX Fitness nearly 2 years ago I was, of course initially skeptical. I had done traditional pilates (surprise!) off-and-on but never saw the results I wanted. After taking my first class I immediately became addicted, actually more like obsessed. I love the energy of the class, the sweat inducing full-body workout, and the results it has given me. I am stronger, leaner and much more flexible than I have ever been. Most of all, I love the way the work-out makes me feel. I am forever indebted to Jenny for making me go to that first class and I am so excited about sharing this amazing workout with the Phoenix community.
